Note: If you have Windows Service Pack 2 or the Internet Explorer Security updates, these downloads may be automatically blocked. If when you select them there is a yellow shield on your cursor and the top of the screen has a message about the content being blocked, you will need to follow these simple steps:

      1. Click on the message that has the yellow caution shield ( It will be at the top of the browser window)

      3. Select a location on your computer where you will be able to locate it
