Note: If you have Windows Service Pack 2 or the Internet Explorer Security updates, these downloads may be automatically blocked. If when you select them there is a yellow shield on your cursor and the top of the screen has a message about the content being blocked, you will need to follow these simple steps:

Click on the message that has the yellow caution shield ( It will be at the top of the browser window)
Select the "Allow blocked content" option
Internet Explorer will then prompt you asking if you really want to. Click "yes"

Right-click on the item you wish to download
Select the "Save target as" option
Select a location on your computer where you will be able to locate it
To open it, double-click on it in My Computer
